Happily Conned and Still Whining
Oww man! The big day’s in two days time! And yes, I did not get a new top or new pants. Nothing in mind though, but I did think of having a new tattoo. However, when I told mom this great idea, somehow she did not think it was great afterall… I think she almost went berserk till I went “Hah! Gotcha! Kidding le mom! Chill out…” She got me a pair of shoes anyway… At least there’s still something “new” right?!
This is a 3-part story depicting the big-but-cowardly, the blunt follower and the rationally-fixed natures of people on the face of the Earth.
Once there was a girl LuLu with a pesky lil’ girly-friend LaLa who promised to matchmake Macho with Lulu. One day when they heard that the girl from the cheerleading squad, Choy Leng was flirting with Lulu’s yummy guy Macho, Lala said, “Slap that bitch la, should do that just now marr! kick her stomach! or should just scratch her cheeks! I’ll back you up man!” So, Lulu happily went and slapped, pinched and did some no-shadow-kicks just to find out the cheerleader was some iron-lady and she whacked Lulu in the head and when Lulu almost fainted, she realized her apparent-pesky-lil’ LaLa left her to bleed inside out and ran away and hid in the longkang?!

Now Lulu knows that LaLa is actually quite a coward. So she told her another good friend, Pai Mia about her tragic case and blamed everything on LaLa. Every hour also have to listen to Lulu. PaiMia, being a know-it-all kinda girl, told Lulu that LaLa’s like that since the beginning. No point whining and blaming LaLa. She also told Lulu that she could get Macho’s attention by introducing herself to him and talk and get to know him better.
On the other hand, Lulu was still whining bout her knockout to Lala. Lala told Lulu that she’d lost in the fight because Lulu didn’t slap ChoyLeng with her left hand, therefore failing to knock ChoyLeng down first. However, little did Lulu know, Lala was actually getting quite close to Choy Leng and Macho discreetly. hmm??
Obviously this is Part 2: Happily whining… and still conned a lil’ bit here and there lah.
PaiMia somehow knew about Lala’s bullshit and all. So what? PaiMia went and told Lulu to work her own way with Macho and don’t believe in whatever Lala promises. Lulu still listens to Lala when Lala asked her to act like a butterfly in front of Macho to impress him. *pfffth*
Then one fine day, Lulu and PaiMia saw LALA WITH MACHO man! PaiMia, being very pai-mia (misfortuned) this time, had to listen to Lulu whine and whine and whine non-stop till today bout how her pesky la-la friend managed to con silently both Choy Leng and herself into getting Macho.
Part 3: The End of it all… Happily conned and still whining
- This story is merely a representation. Usually, most of the people are Lulu(s) - being conned and getting empty promises for all kinda shit. AND still being quiet about it and conveniently but uncomfortably kena conned by the Lala(s).
- PaiMia(s) are usually the people whom the Lulu(s) pour their neverending complaints to. However, when they actually ask the Lulu(s) to present a formal/proper complaints to the authority (in this case probably Macho has that resemblance), they are often pushed aside.
- Oh well, basically I guess the Lala(s) are a more streetwise person? I mean… seriously, how else can I describe these kind of people?
